I received an invoice from UKKO.fi, and I don't know what the invoice is about. What do I do?

The contractor, i.e. a light entrepreneur, can invoice for their own work through the invoicing service UKKO.fi. In this case, as a customer, you will receive an invoice UKKO Yrittäjyyspalvelut Oy / UKKO.fi as a sender.

If you don't know which job the invoice is for, consider the following:

• Check the invoice information: what work the invoice contains and when the work was done.
• Check if you know the person performing the work, i.e. the sender of the invoice.
• If the contractor does not ring a bell, send an e-mail to asiakaspalvelu@ukko.fi and our customer service will contact the sender of the invoice.
• Our customer service or the sender of the invoice will contact you to clarify the matter.

If you are sure that you have received an incorrect invoice, please contact our customer service directly in writing and we will clarify the matter as soon as possible.
