If you lost the invoice from UKKO.fi or it never arrived, then no worries. See instructions below on how to proceed:
- Check your spam folder first, the invoice might have gone there by mistake.
- Contact the light entrepreneur who sent you the invoice to make sure your address information is correct.
If the invoice has simply not arrived or you accidentally deleted it from your e-mail, ask the light entrepreneur to send a new copy of the invoice or contact our customer service (asiakaspalvelu@ukko.fi or 09 6980 934).
