If the invoice you received from UKKO.fi contains anything to note, please contact our customer service.
A complaint should be made in writing. In the complaint state the reason for it and mention the invoice number. The complaint should be sent to the following email address: asiakaspalvelu@ukko.fi.
Our customer service clarifies the matter and is in contact with the biller, i.e. the light entrepreneur. You should also inform the light entrepreneur about the complaint yourself, so that the matter does not come as a surprise to them.
