An entrepreneur who is equated with a wage earner is a person who works for only a few clients and whose work is determined by the client.
"An entrepreneur who is equated with a wage earner means an entrepreneur who himself participates in the performance of the work in the manner prescribed by the client, is in an assignment relationship with the same few clients and who does not have a fixed place of purchase or sale or a similar place of business for carrying out the activity."
An entrepreneur who is equated with a wage earner is employed in his activities either full-time or part-time. When the other conditions are met, unemployment benefit can be paid to the entrepreneur who is classified as a wage earner after the end of the assignment.
Please note that an employment relationship in accordance with the Employment Contracts Act is not formed between the light entrepreneur and UKKO.fi. The work done through the invoicing service must be done in commission relationships, employment cannot be invoiced through the invoicing service.
