Here are brief descriptions of the most important features of the service, which you can find on your account's Dashboard:
Creating an Invoice:
Easily proceed to create and send an invoice directly from your account's Dashboard. Once the customer pays the invoice, your salary will be automatically paid to you.
Payment Settings:
By default, your salary is always paid automatically, but if you wish, you can change the salary payment settings to either have it paid on a specific day of the month or manually withdraw your salary yourself from the service.
You can access the salary payment settings from the "Your Information" section on your account's homepage via the "Payment Settings" link.
Invoice Status:
When you create and send invoices, you can see their status on your account's homepage in a visual format. By scrolling through the arrows, you can also view the status of travel and expense reimbursements as well as your total invoicing for the year.
Requires Action and Sent Invoices:
From your account's Dashboard, you can also see invoices that require your action. These could include, for example, invoices left in draft status or returned for corrections by our administration. On the Sent Invoices side, you can see the current status of the invoices you have sent and when they are due.
Service Menu:
In the service menu, you can find the remaining features of the UKKO Light Entrepreneurship without a business ID service:
- Invoices: On the Invoices page, you can view all the invoices you have created and edit them if needed. You will also find all paid invoices here.
- Clients: On the Clients page, you can add new clients to your client registry, and when creating an invoice, you can select a client whose information will be automatically filled in the form. You can also add a client directly on the invoice form, but any editing of their information must be done through the Clients page. Clients added on the invoice form will be automatically saved to your client registry.
- Salaries: On the Salaries page, you will find a list of all your paid and available salaries.
- Expenses and allowances: On the Expenses and allowances page, you will find all the expenses, travel expenses, and per diems you have added. Expenses must always be related to a specific invoice, so they are added when creating an invoice. Remember that you should always agree on the reimbursement of expenses with the client.
- Tax Card: On the Tax Card page, you can retrieve your tax card information by completing a strong authentication process.
- YEL: On the YEL page, you can complete a questionnaire to determine whether you need to take out a YEL insurance policy. At the end of the questionnaire, you can, if necessary, take out YEL insurance through us with the pension insurance company Varma. You can open the authentication options via the button below.
- UKKO Assurance & Perks: UKKO Assurance assists light entrepreneurs in areas such as making valid agreements or determining profitable pricing for you. Additionally, UKKO Assurance helps if any accidents or damages occur during your light entrepreneurship work.
- Documents: UKKO.fi provides all registered users with important documents, reports, and contract templates. On the Documents page, you will find the necessary documents for tasks such as interacting with the TE Office.
- Settings: In the Settings section, you can, for example, update your contact information, set a marketing name for yourself, change your password, and enable two-factor authentication.
- Need Help?: If you have any questions about using the service, you will find a comprehensive info center in our service, which includes customer service contact information and helpful Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) links for each section. You can also open the info center by clicking the “i” icon located in the top right corner.
