Can I sell products through the service?

Yes you can! Our service is primarily intended for selling one's own work, but small-scale sales or manufacturing of products is possible through the UKKO Light Entrepreneur business ID service.

Sales of products
You can sell products on a small scale. You can also sell products through your own online store as long as you send your customer an invoice for the goods they bought. Please note that the invoice must always be sent to each customer via the service.

The products you sell are taxable sales, but you can still deduct their purchase price for taxation purposes. Your company's profit will decrease by the purchase price of the goods. Advance taxes are assessed according to your company's results, so you may receive tax refunds after the financial year.

What kind of product sales is not possible?

You can sell products on a small scale through the service. Therefore, larger acquisitions, such as buildings, cars or other machinery with an economic life of more than three years, cannot be acquired for sale.

Please note that product sales and invoicing are not possible abroad. You can only sell products to companies and consumers living in Finland.
