Service promises

We serve on weekdays and process invoices and salaries according to the following promises:

Invoices: We will normally process billing orders placed by 4pm on weekdays during the same day, unless the information you have completed requires further clarification.

Salaries: We will normally pay the salary to the user by 4 pm on weekdays in accordance with the selected payment settings, once the invoice has been acknowledged as paid and any costs have been processed.

In exceptional cases or additional information may be required, processing may take longer.
