UKKO Light Entrepreneur with Business ID pricing will be updated on 1 September 2025

The pricing of the UKKO Light Entrepreneur with Business ID service will be updated starting 1 September 2025. From then on, we will charge a monthly fee of 4,90 € + VAT for bookkeeping related to the Business ID. For our existing customers, this fee will take effect on 1 January 2026.

Why is this fee being introduced?

A Business ID comes with a statutory bookkeeping obligation – even if you do not conduct any business during the year, we are still required to prepare your bookkeeping and submit your tax return. This applies to every active Business ID, including those with no operations at all.

Until now, we have covered these costs on behalf of our customers. However, to ensure the continuity and quality of our service, we must introduce a small monthly fee. This fee will help cover the costs of fulfilling the regulatory obligations related to maintaining your Business ID.
