Can the invoiced sum be shared between two or more persons?

Yes, it can! You can do this by using the Team invoicing function.

If you have been collaborating on a joint project, or are a part of a band, for example, this function is especially useful, since you can use it to split the invoiced expenses between the whole team. In order to use the Team invoicing function, all persons participating in the project must have an UKKO Light Entrepreneurship account. One of the team members will create an invoice and use the Team invoicing function to determine how the invoiced amount will be shared between team members.

UKKO.fi staff will then review the invoice and forward it to the client. After the invoice has been paid, each team member’s share of the invoiced sum will be paid out to their account.

NOTE: Any costs incurred for the work done can only be added by the person creating the invoice, and any compensation for expenses will only be paid out to this user. Alternatively, you can choose to deduct the expenses in your personal taxation, or invoice them directly from the customer on the same invoice.
