Our service includes automatic single entry bookkeeping. Every sales invoice and expense entry you send is automatically also saved in your accounting.
Expenses that can be deducted through your company are automatically added to your accounting through your UKKO account. Read more about which expenses you can reduce and how to add them to your accounting.
What expenses can I reduce?
How do I add an expense in the service?
The service fees charged during the month are also transferred directly to your accounting. They appear as separate expense receipts in your accounting.
You can monitor your accounting from your own UKKO account. In the Reports tab, you can find your company income statement and a VAT statement.
At the end of the year, i.e. at the end of your accounting period, we prepare a tax return for you based on your accounting and its entries. In the tax declaration, you can see your calculated turnover and deductions for the year.
The tax declaration prepared for the accounting period (year) serves as a financial statement of sorts for light entrepreneurs with a business ID, so no additional financial statement is needed.
