If you lost the invoice from UKKO.fi or it never arrived, then no worries. See instructions below on how to proceed:
- Check your spam first if the invoice has gone there by mistake.
- Contact the light business person who sent you the invoice to make sure your address information is correct.
If the invoice has simply not arrived or you accidentally deleted it from your e-mail, ask the light entrepreneur to put in a new copy of the invoice or contact our customer service (asiakaspalvelu@ukko.fi or 09 6980 934). Our customer service can change the wrong billing address or resend the invoice.
