My light entrepreneurship is only part-time - must I take out YEL insurance?

Yes, if your YEL income, in the duration of 12 months, is over the YEL limit 7645,25€ you must make YEL contributions.

In this case, the daily benefits you receive from KELA are determined by your regular salary and the YEL income. If you are part of an unemployment fund, make sure you are still able to continue your membership.
