If you invoice for exercise guidance, the purpose of which is to provide an opportunity to practice exercise, such as e.g. spinning, crossfit, group gymnastics or group horse riding lessons, the invoice is subject to a 10% VAT rate.
Coaching and guiding the sport is generally billable work at the tax rate of 24%. E.g. personal training, football coaching and individual riding lessons, where the goal is to improve in the sport itself, are counted as coaching.
